My name is Travis Haugen. I have been a self-employed contractor in the IT field since 1997. 
I've spent the last 15 years right here in Winnipeg, loving every minute of life in this city.
Previous to my time here, I was based in Calgary making a living as a professional musician.
It was through music that I became involved in computers. When digital recording software first 
became available to the desktop market, I had nowhere to turn for help, I had to figure it out for 
myself. One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I was deeply entrenched in the IT field.
Now I spend my time making a living doing the things I love, which is the IT field, making music 
(both live and on the studio end of things), and running a web based Philatelic auction for a company 
out of Calgary (since 1998). But I still have a few hours left in my day, so if I can be of help, by
